What is Whole Mind Golf? Well, I think most every golfer understands that the inner game is at least equally as important as the physical game. Yet what does it mean to use your brain? Seriously. After all, we all use our brains while we play, don’t we?
Most golfers are what I like to call “half-brained” golfers. They are stuck in their left brain. The left brain is responsible for logic, details, questions, math and many other things. (See more details here)

The problem with using mainly your left brain is that you're limiting your ability to perform to your potential. Since left brain wiring leans towards digital, technical & procedural processing the inevitable outcome is a golf game based on technical "swing thinking".
What we want is a state of pure, natural play. To play golf with rhythm and flow you must use your right brain equally well. By integrating both left and right brain hemispheres your ability to play your best becomes effortless.
It's only by tapping into your right brain that you experience your true potential. The right brain is where your creativity and imagination resides. This is where you visualize and feel your game. This is where you experience the "zone" - your peak states.
